Labor-Management Joint Safety Theme Inspection

To prevent serious accidents and ensure a safe working environment, AJIN USA designates monthly safety themes and conducts patrol inspections led by the plant manager. Experienced supervisors accompany these inspections to identify potential hazards, and we aim to achieve a “Zero Serious Accidents” workplace through continuous improvement involving all employees.

AJIN USA holds an annual Safety Competition to raise safety awareness and strengthen organizational safety culture. AJIN USA hosts an annual Safety & Health Slogan Contest with participation from all employees to promote safety awareness and expand a culture of safety. The winning slogan is incorporated each year into the Safety, Health & Environment Management Policy. Creative and actionable slogans help cultivate a workplace where safety is a daily practice.
