01Program description

AJIN USA MES Alerts is an internal operational text messaging program operated by Joon, LLC dba AJIN USA and its subsidiary Joon Georgia, Inc. dba Ajin Georgia. Our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) sends text messages to AJIN employees who are responsible for production line inspections, for example when a required inspection has not been completed on time. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

02Who can participate

Only AJIN USA and Ajin Georgia employees who have opted in by signing an SMS consent form provided by Human Resources. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.

03Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on production schedules and inspection status.

04Cost

Message and data rates may apply. AJIN USA does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.

05How to opt out

You can cancel at any time.

07Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

08Privacy

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
